How the MMCPR Service Professional Referral Program Works

Step 1 – You refer a client

Introduce your client (business owner, property owner, or developer) to MMCPR. Share our website or direct them to you for more information.

Step 2 – Client consent

Before uploading any property or requirements, client consent is required. We will never contact your clients without your introduction and their permission.

Step 3 – We take over

Once you and your client are ready, we’ll contact both of you to discuss needs, provide a free market appraisal, and share comparable sales or leasing data in their area.

Step 4 – Matching & management

We manually match your client’s commercial property with active buyer/tenant requirements (or match their requirements with available properties). We manage everything – negotiations, inspections, deposits, documentation, communication, and liaison with legal practitioners.

Step 5 – Success & payment

If a successful sale or lease occurs, an agreed commission is payable by your client (in accordance with Victorian legislation). A referral fee is then paid to you – the service professional who introduced the client.
